These days, Kaizer Chiefs are beginning to resemble Ajax Cape Town. Molefi Ntseki, the club’s Head of Technical and Youth Development Academy, has provided us with some new information.

“At the conclusion of each year, we implement a program titled ‘Retain, Promote, and Release,’” Ntseki told Amakhosi’s media.
Former CT City midfielder offers his services to Amakhosi.
“‘Retain’ means we keep a player who still qualifies to play for the same age group and possesses the requisite qualities; ‘Promote’ means we promote a player with superior qualities that will allow him compete in the next phase of our development.
Additionally, Jessica’s son is already a member of the Kaizer Chiefs.
“We “Release” a player when our quarterly reports (which we do for every player) indicate no improvement and coaching initiatives have failed. Before releasing a player, the coach will produce a report detailing the variables they have identified as posing specific difficulties for the athlete.
The former South African U17, U20, and Bafana Bafana coach continued, “This is our intervention to assist him improve.”

ARTHUR ZWANE ON WHAT ITUMELENG KHUNE GIVES AMAKHOSI
In other events, coach Zwane revealed the famous Itumeleng Khune’s qualities that the team admires.
After Khune’s heroics helped Amakhosi defeat Golden Arrows 2-0 on Saturday, coach Arthur Zwane said that the 35-year-old from Ventersdorp instills confidence in his teammates.
Zwane remarked, “Itu was at his best today, and that’s how you should lead the team: by setting a good example; his expertise is invaluable.”
