This dish, on the other hand, is a little unusual, and if you enjoy different, you’ll adore this chicken gizzard stir-fry recipe. Chicken gizzard stir-fry suggestion

Get your fresh produce from your local butcher, who would usually throw these out, and let them sit in milk overnight. This recipe just calls for two ingredients, but you can amp up the flavour by adding onions and mushrooms. Making the peppers and gizzards the same length and thickness improves texture and cooking time. If you want to get over the fact that it’s gizzards, you may also add some chiles. Serve with golden fluffy pancakes (crepes) or rice.

This chicken gizzard stir-fry with green peppers is perfect for a fast evening meal and if you like trying new things.
