Britney Spears has been accused of racism after claiming that her adolescent boys were raised in a home where there was more marijuana than a spate of renowned faces, all of whom were black.
The 40-year-old singer is now embroiled in an intense and public spat with her ex-husband Kevin Federline, who told DailyMail.com last week that their boys Sean, 16, and Jayden, 15, do not want to see their mother. Spears responded with a long rebuttal on Instagram, criticizing Federline’s parenting and claimed the boys were raised in a home with “more pot than Ludacris, 50 Cent, Jay Z, and Puff Daddy combined.”
It was swiftly pointed out that all four marijuana users she mentioned were black, and other people mentioned that former dealer 50 Cent is now avowedly clean-living. ‘Britney was WRONG for this, and it’s not the first time she’s made dubious remarks regarding black musicians.’ ‘That’s it,’ remarked one.
‘So everyone is simply ignoring the fact that #BritneySpears believed a lot of black rappers were using pot and compared successful black billionaires to her sperm factory, no job having baby daddy?’ one individual stated
‘Britney Spears picked a number of black artists to create a cannabis analogy,’ another person pointed out.
‘Why those specific people? ‘And they’re all black,’ said one lady on an internet message board. ‘That bothers me a lot. She’s assuming that every black rapper smokes cannabis.
‘And she associates marijuana with black people.’ Interesting.’
‘Jay Z and 50 Cent have notoriously said that they do not take drugs,’ added another. ‘She simply named them because they were black.’
‘The racism leaped out,’ one person remarked, while another observed, ‘This seems racially motivated…..’
Another said cynically, ‘So she didn’t know any white people who used weed?’
‘She could have thrown Willie Nelson into the mix,’ one said.
In a long essay, the Louisiana-born singer said that the situation with her boys “breaks my heart.”
She said the adolescents were ‘hateful’ to her on some of their trips and refused to spend time with her.
Spears also expressed frustration with her children’s lack of interest, writing, ‘I want to shake their shoulders and scream wake up I’m here too!!!’ I don’t know what’s going on in their thoughts at that age!!!’ She began the four-page social media post by detailing her new ‘adorable neighborhood,’ admitting that although her new home is lovely, she loves her previous one, adding, ‘It’s difficult for me to let go of things I genuinely love… like my kids.’
She then chastised Federline for taking part in the interview, stating, ‘The matter should have been handled with privately, not online!!!’
She defended her family while criticizing Federline’s wife Victoria Prince, 39, and her “objective” of “keeping the children away from all of the turmoil and stress” in Spears’ home.
‘I have love in my house and blessings from the individuals I let in and out of my home,’ Spears said.
‘Every week, I looked forward to seeing my kids… It was just two days a week, but I begged him to remain for three… but the following week they only stayed for one.”Yeah, I realize teens are difficult to deal with at that age… but COME ON, there’s being nasty and then there’s being HATEFUL… They would come to see me, go in, go directly to their room, and shut the door!!!’ she wrote.
‘The MONITOR would tell me that he just enjoys being in his room… ‘I’m like, why come visit if they don’t even come to see me?!’
‘It aches and I want to scream!!!’ she said.
‘I can’t believe I devoted 20 years of my life to those children… everything was about them!!!’ For them to take my breath away.’ ‘We would always have prayer time, not really prayer time, that sounds dumb, but it’s called ‘devotion,’ she said, when you read two or three pages in a prayer book and chat about it.
‘I tried and tried, and maybe that’s why people stopped coming here!!!’ I wanted them to adore me so much that I may have gone overboard!!!’
‘This summer, they told me, ‘we may come here less,’ and I said, ‘fine.’ I phoned their father and informed him that it seems the boys want to stop coming here as often, which I understand since they have their own lives, but I feel like they are being very harsh!!!’
‘I would never let them make that choice on their own… I would never do that to you,’ he said!!! So far, I haven’t seen them since!!!’
‘He wants to bring up my history with that bald-headed peckerhead face Kaplan and circle back to that awful period in my life!!!’ Spears said of Federline’s attorney. That was about 20 years ago… their game no longer works!!!’
‘You can’t repair me!!!’ she said at the end of her message. No amount of counseling or worship can mend my broken heart!!! I know I’ll have trauma for the rest of my life, and I’ve accepted it.’
‘In any case, I have a gorgeous pool, a loving spouse, and 5 dogs,’ she ended. She looked to continue releasing her rage on Wednesday.

She followed it up with another picture in which she covered her face with a towel and wrote, ‘I’d rather die blind!!!’ What is it worth a shot? In a series of interviews, Federline said that their boys are humiliated by Spears’ frequent postings of herself half clad.
‘I try to explain to them, ‘Look, maybe that’s just another way she tries to express herself,” said Federline, who is claimed to be receiving $20,000 in child support every month.
‘But it doesn’t change the truth of what it does to them.’ It’s difficult. I can’t image what it’s like to be a teenager who has to go to high school.’
According to TMZ, Federline was given 70 percent custody of their boys in 2019, while Spears was reduced to 30 percent.
Federline also supported Spears’ divorced father Jamie, a former construction worker who had total authority over her life during a 13-year conservatorship that ended on November 12.

Federline’s two-year marriage to Spears terminated in July 2007, and she was put under involuntary psychiatric detention six months later.

The 28-year-old actor sent a long message to his Instagram Story in an attempt to communicate his thoughts regarding his wife’s
previous husband’s words.
This past June, Asghari married Spears in a wedding ceremony.
