Donatella Versace has said that designing Britney Spears’ wedding gown for her ceremony with Sam Asghari was “fun.”

The toxic singer and her six-year companion were married on Thursday in front of a crowd that included Madonna, Paris Hilton, and Drew Barrymore.

Britney’s ex-husband Jason Alexander, who was arrested for trespassing on the property after being married to the singer for 55 hours in 2004, shook up the day.

Donatella remarked as she arrived at the ceremony that designing the wedding gown was “a lot of joy, a lot of emotion.”

‘I wish them the best, they’re beautiful together, I’m very thrilled for them,’ she told Access Hollywood while being driven in a car with the window open.

The 67-year-old was joined to the event by a male companion and wore an ice blue suit with her distinctive blonde locks styled to the side.

Meanwhile, Drew, 47, also expressed how ‘excited’ she was for the ceremony, telling reporters when complimented on her chocolate brown dress that it was ‘all for her’.

Paris, 41, rolled up to the Los Angeles property with her husband Carter Reum, wearing a sparkly black dress and matching sunglasses.

Her mother, Kathy Hilton, was also in attendance, with the 63-year-old opting for a black lace number.

The wedding proceedings were shaken up by the crashing of Britney’s ex Jason, who began a livestream before entering her home in Los Angeles.

Ventura County Sheriff’s Department confirmed that the 40-year-old has been charged with two counts of misdemeanour battery, one count of misdemeanour vandalism and one count of misdemeanour trespassing as a result of the incident.

‘He was able to find his way onto the property and was confronted by security,’ said Sergeant Cyrus Zadesh.

‘An altercation occurred with the security officers and that’s where the battery occurred… and during the altercation an item was broken so that’s where the vandalism comes into play. And by being on private property, the trespass comes into play.’

It was previously claimed that Jason told event security stationed at the wedding that he had been invited by Britney, as well as saying that she was his ‘first and only wife’.
