Bra Kaizer with his children Kaizer Jr. and Kemiso Motaung at UCT honour day

Kaizer Chiefs is a major brand in Africa, and its founder deserves to be recognised. A honor is being given to “Tshintsha Guluva” at the University of Cape Town.

For many who are unaware, Kaizer Motaung was a member of the vengeful Soweto rivals Pirates before founding the powerful Chiefs.

According to the legend, Kaizer Motaung began his professional career as a superstar for the Pirates before his exceptional talent led him to the United States.

He played for the Atlanta Chiefs there in the States. His old team, the Pirates, was having internal problems at home, which led to the departure of a few key players.
