Black Panther: Wakanda Forever’s soundtrack will include songs by DBN Gogo, Busiswa, and others

The presence of DBN Gogo, Kamo Mphela, Sino Msolo, Young Stunna, and Busiswa on the soundtrack of the Marvel film “Black Panther: Wakanda Forever” has prompted fans to lavish them with appreciation.

South African artists are constantly achieving remarkable feats that make the nation proud in their different fields.

Black Panther’s music crew evidently adores South African sounds, since the film’s first soundtrack album, handpicked by Kendrick Lamar, featured award-winning South African singers Sjava, Babes Wodumo, Saudi, and Yugen Blakrok.

On Wednesday, November 2, Marvel Studios announced the tracklist for the music from and inspired by “Black Panther: Wakanda Forever,” which includes various South African artists.

The complete soundtrack list follows the release of Rihanna’s new single “Lift Me Up,” which signaled her long-awaited return to music.

Two tunes feature DBN Gogo, Kamo Mphela, Sino Msolo, Young Stunna, and Busiswa: “Love and Loyalty (Believe)” and “Jele.”

On social media, DBN Gogo revealed that Unlimited Soul SA and Elton Kimbana also produced the amapiano singles.

Msolo showed his delight on Instagram by spreading the news that his song had been licensed for an international film.

Busiswa also reflected on her worldwide success; this is not the first time she has composed music for a film.

Beyoncé’s “The Lion King: The Gift” features Busiswa on the song “My Power,” and she can now add “Black Panther: Wakanda Forever” to her list of credits.

On November 4, the album will be released, and fans cannot wait to hear what their favorite South African musicians have cooked up.
