Appletizer pork chops suggestions

In order to prevent excessive liquid loss while the chops are in the oven, cover them. While preparing the sauce, remove the foil and roast the chops in a hotter oven to enhance their colour. You may begin the sauce by caramelising onions, then adding flour, butter, and stock. Simply add the fat and reduce the sauce until it is thick enough to coat the back of a spoon when opening the pork chops. Serve with asparagus or a salad of greens.
