Andi Peters, who is currently promoting a competition for ITV’s Good Morning Britain in glamorous locations, has revealed that he has been suffering in recent days.
On Wednesday, he was presenting from the French Riviera, having recently been in South Africa and Italy, and was preparing to head to Monaco.
However, hosts Susanna Reid and Richard Madeley spotted a problem while he was presenting live.
Richard Madeley asked Andi if he was okay and commented that he sounded a bit stuffed up.
Andi admitted that he was suffering from a cold and was trying his hardest to hide it.
He also shared that he had taken a pillow from the hotel and was using it in the campervan to have a little lie down when he wasn’t on air.
Susanna wished him a speedy recovery, and later on, Andi was seen lying down in the van covered in a blanket and wearing an eye mask.
Despite his illness, Andi remained professional and continued to promote the competition for Good Morning Britain.
