Amy Robach appeared to be in good spirits as she ventured out in New York City with a companion despite her affair controversy with “GMA3” co-host T.J. Holmes.
Robach, 49, was photographed laughing and conversing with a friend while taking a stroll in Manhattan, as reported by Page Six.
The newscaster did not appear to be maintaining a low profile as she socialized with her pal.
Robach maintained a casual appearance by donning trousers, a light blue cardigan, and a camel coat. She wore sunglasses and hoop earrings as accessories.
The journalist’s low-key appearance occurred after she and her alleged lover were removed off “GMA3” earlier this week.
Holmes and Robach, both 45 years old, were AWOL from the morning show after Page Six reported a month ago that they had both left their partners after having an affair for several months.
She was casually dressed in trousers and a camel coat.
According to a source, their relationship began in March while they were training together for the New York City Half Marathon. In August, they reportedly separated from their respective marriages.
Page Six confirmed that ABC News executives opted to remove the couple from air due to the fact that their relationship issues had become too distracting.
“After some consideration, Amy and T.J. In an internal phone call, ABC News president Kim Godwin declared, “We are off the air while we work this out.”
Robach and T.J., respectively Holmes were removed off “GMA3” following the revelation of their alleged affair.
Godwin stated that Holmes and Robach’s alleged affair was “not a breach of corporate policy,” but that the decision to temporarily suspend them was taken for the “Good Morning America” brand overall.
Their alleged affair was exposed when the Daily Mail released images of them kissing in a club while they were both still married.
After the incident emerged, both Holmes and Robach appeared on “GMA3” with business as usual.
Later, an ABC employee told Page Six that no disciplinary action will be taken against the co-anchors for their relationship.
However, Holmes is currently under investigation by ABC following the revelation of at least two further alleged affairs with staff members.
Marilee Fiebig, Holmes’s wife, was “caught off guard” by the romance.
On Wednesday, Robach was spotted for the first time since getting fired from the show.
According to reports, Robach is nearing the conclusion of her divorce from Andrew Shue. According to accounts, Marilee Fiebig, Holmes’s wife, was “blindsided” by the affair.
A staff member disclosed that Holmes and his wife had been separated for several months but were attempting to “work things out” when the news of his relationship with Robach broke.
Robach and her estranged husband, Andrew Shue, are nearing the end of their divorce proceedings.

“She is heartbroken. She was unaware,” the person stated. “They haven’t been together for some time, but they were attempting to reconcile.
Robach and Shue, both 55 years old, tied the knot in 2010, two years after her divorce from Tim McIntosh, the father of her two teenage daughters.
In 2010, Holmes and Fiebig also tied the knot. Holmes has daughter Sabine with Fiebig and has two additional children with his ex-wife, Amy Ferson: Brianna and Jaiden.
