Amy Hazouri and Lametta Fadlallah’s witness TikToker escapes to Lebanon

A well-known teen TikToker who was involved in a double homicide in the criminal underworld has fled to Lebanon to deal with the trauma of seeing a brutal execution.

Ten days after witnessing her hairdresser friend Amy Hazouri and her 48-year-old gangland mother Lametta Fadlallah being shot to death, the 16-year-old girl from Sydney’s southwest boarded a flight out on Tuesday.

The kid waved as Ms Hazouri, 39, went out the door after petting a framed photo of her before she left her house.

She captioned the video with the phrase “Come with me, travel to Lebanon.”

“I bid everyone a fond farewell and took off…” Unfortunately, I went through a very difficult period, so I was a little annoying.

The loss of her idol and close friend has been difficult for the adolescent to handle.

Her return to Lebanon is her first in a long time after Covid’s restrictions on international travel.

The TikToker recorded her pals’ emotions when they were “surprised” to see her and shared them with her 100,000 followers online.

She aspires to rekindle her “love of [her] religion.”

It is unknown if the trip to Lebanon will fall on the same day as Ms. Hazouri’s funeral.

The 38-year-old hairdresser’s family is dispersed among Lebanon, Austria, and Australia, and there is apparently friction about the hairdresser’s last resting place.

Although it’s known that her father would prefer she be buried in Australia, the majority of her family, including her mother and sister, are frantically trying to have her remains back to Lebanon as soon as possible.

Amy Raunegger’s sister Manal Raunegger remarked, “If Amy is buried in Australia, it will be hard for all of us to visit her burial every year.”

In Lebanon, Ms. Hazouri was the only support for her family while they battled the growing financial crisis there.

According to Ms. Raunegger, Ms. Hazouri was engaged to a guy in Lebanon and was scheduled to go back for their engagement celebration in November.

She was going to this location for the engagement party, and if she liked it, she would build a hair shop to be nearer to our mother, she added.

Ms. Fadlallah, a mother of two, was the intended victim of the assault since it was claimed that she had provided information to the NSW Crime Commission about the underworld in order to defend a loved one.

Police think Ms. Hazouri was probably in the wrong location at the wrong time and collateral damage.

Before the motorist could leave the area and seek for assistance, more than a dozen rounds were fired into the automobile.

The adolescent sitting in the back car made an effort to help the authorities with their investigation, but he was unable to acquire a clear view of the shooters.

She posted a graphic description of what happened and admitted to her friends and followers online that she was having trouble processing what she had seen.

The young lady praised her deceased buddy and stated that she “is not kidding about her experience.”

She wrote a brief eulogy about Amy on Instagram, describing how she “loved everyone” and was extremely nice to them.

According to the police, both the 20-year-old male buddy and the youngster, who has more than 100,000 TikTok followers, are traumatised.

They both seem to be quite startled but are unharmed. Detective Superintendent Danny Doherty of the NSW Police said, “They’re helping, but they’re also sad.”

The two teenagers, he said, were “fortunate not to have been also slain” in the “very brutal, awful act.”

The adolescent expressed her desire to spend “all her life” with Ms. Hazouri in a little video she created earlier this year, which included some of her favourite interactions with the hairdresser.

She said in the message, “I love you so much, you were always there for me when I needed you, and I’ll always be there for you.”

The people who knew Ms. Hazouri described her as a nice and giving person who made an effort to assist those around her.

After being shot, Lametta Fadlallah had a private burial.

Nine days after their mother was mercilessly shot dead, the two boys of murdered mobster Lametta Fadlallah stood side by side to say their last goodbyes and release white balloons.

On Monday morning, mourners gathered at Saint Charbel’s Monastery in Punchbowl to pay respects to the mother-of-two who was “fiercely faithful.”

The majority of the ceremony was not attended by her oldest son Abraham inside the church; instead, he and a select group of close friends toured the grounds and listened to the speech from a distance.

It’s assumed he chose to stay outdoors during the Christian service since he practises Islam.

No mention of Ms. Fadlallah’s suspected ties to organised crime or the violent manner in which she was murdered on August 13 while travelling to a party was made inside.

Lametta devoted her life to her kids. She spared no money for her boys, even during hard times, mourners were told.

Following the ceremony, both brothers hugged, released gold and white balloons together, and posed for pictures with a framed portrait of Ms. Fadlallah while the other guests looked on.

A smaller group of mourners gathered at Rookwood cemetery for her ultimate interment after the ceremony. Later, when her casket was being lowered into the ground, additional balloons were released.
