Rapper who found Boris Johnson at his residence during a police search after a night of partying at Notting Hill Carnival was “discombobulated” and believed he was dreaming; however, he now hopes the Prime Minister would support his music career.

Then, as Mr. Remayne exits the room, he utters the Jamaican slang phrase “Wagwan Boris,” which means “what’s happening,” to which the PM cheerfully responds, “Good morning, how are you doing

At the site, a man who wasn’t Mr. Remayne was apprehended but later released with no further action needed.

The Government says more than 13,790 extra police officers have been hired across England and Wales as part of Mr Johnson’s pledge to put 20,000 additional officers on the streets.
