Many Disney fans, whether little children or adults, enjoy meeting their favorite characters. But according to supporters, one woman recently went too far with her enthusiasm.
A Disney fan called Maria, who uses the online handle @nightmareadventures, uploaded a video to TikTok on September 22 depicting Chewbacca and Rey engaging with children in the Galaxy’s Edge section of Disney World’s Hollywood Studios.
As seen in the video, an adult woman moves slowly behind Chewbacca, lightly pushes him, and yells in what appears to be an attempt to frighten the actor portraying the role.
As of Monday morning, the video of the incident had been viewed more than 3,4 million times.
The actor portraying Chewbacca appeared surprised by the woman’s personal contact, and he watched her go. A Disney employee standing nearby did not engage the woman, but instead guides her away.
Instead, the actor portraying Rey left the youngsters with whom she was conversing and handled the matter.
“Because of this, we may need to leave the location,” she told the adult crowd. “So lovely to see you all.”
Rey then approached Chewbacca and asked, “Shall we continue?”

It is yet unknown if the adult parkgoer who pushed the character suffered any punishment.
