A Man found a body with stab wounds in Buffelsdraai

On Sunday morning, a man’s body was found in overgrown foliage in a footpath in Buffelsdraai, KwaZulu-Natal (KZN), with several stab wounds.

Just after midnight, a homeowner found the body.

Reaction Unit South Africa (RUSA) reports that at around 00:02, members were summoned to the scene after the owner of a neighbouring property arrived at his home and discovered a man laying in a pool of blood next to his home.

Immediately after being called to the scene, RUSA Medics and Reaction Officers arrived and were greeted by a resident who guided them to the deceased.

“The victim had many stab wounds to his neck, which were discovered during an examination. The murder’s motivation was not discovered right away.

Another Male Dead From Stab Wounds

In a different occurrence, a man’s body that had been stabbed and battered at least forty times was found in overgrown vegetation on an unpaved road adjacent to a river in Oakford, also in KZN. The victim was unnamed.

A bystander reportedly found the body on Tuesday, June 28.

Reaction Officers arrived to find a blood trail extending from the unpaved road to the body, according to Reaction Unit South Africa (RUSA).

The dead was reportedly found to have multiple stab wounds to his neck, chest, and back in addition to blunt force damage to his face by medical personnel who examined him.

“On the road where the murder is thought to have taken place, a pair of sandals were found. Then, he was led into a bush. Along the blood path, a broken beer bottle was also found.

It was not immediately possible to confirm whether it was used in the murder. The murder’s motivation is still unknown.
