A horrific crash occurrs in southwest NSW

A horrific crash occurred in southwest NSW, resulting in three men fighting for their lives and another person hospitalized after a ute collided with a truck.

The collision caused critical injuries to the three men who were passengers in the ute.

The incident happened when the southbound ute collided with the table-top truck on Long Street at Boorowa at around 7:50 pm.

The truck driver also sustained injuries, but they are non-life-threatening, and he is in stable condition recovering at Canberra Hospital.

The passengers of the ute were airlifted to Canberra Hospital, while the driver was airlifted to Liverpool Hospital, where they remain in critical condition.

Crash investigators have launched an investigation to determine the circumstances surrounding the incident.
