After drunkenly referring to a black desk employee as “n*****” 200 times, an ex-student of the University of Kentucky has been charged with six counts.

Racist Sophia Rosing, 22, has been charged with three counts of fourth-degree assault, disorderly conduct, and public intoxication in addition to the felony allegation of assaulting a police officer.

After beginning the attack on Kylah Spring on November 6, a grand jury in Fayette County indicted her on the charges on Wednesday.

At her original hearing with counsel Fred Peter in November of last year, Rosing entered a not guilty plea.

Before launching herself at Spring, who was manning the front desk, the blonde former business and marketing student stumbled into the residence halls on the campus in Lexington, Kentucky.

Rosing allegedly informed University of Kentucky police officers that she receives “special treatment” because she is wealthy during her rampage.

She “kicked and bit” officers as they attempted to put her under arrest, according to court documents.

Following the now-viral incident, University Police were ultimately able to place Rosing under arrest just before 4am.

She was detained at the Fayette County Detention Center; upon arriving in the early hours, she declined to identify herself to officers and was treated as a Jane Doe.

After the video of Rosing’s 10-minute rant was released online and showed her singing the racial epithet as she was led away by police, Rosing decided to drop out of school.

The former student from Kentucky was collected by her parents after being freed on a $10,000 bail and attempting to cover her face by holding a piece of paper in front of her.

She sings the n-word repeatedly before police came to arrest her in the complete 10-minute video of Rosing’s attack, which features 200 instances of her using the n-word. When told she has ruined her life, she brazenly responds, “No, I didn’t,” before singing it again.

She can be heard singing the word even after the University of Kentucky cop has her in handcuffs as she is being dragged away.

While horrified students watch and some attempt to intercede, Rosing can also be heard telling Spring to “do her chores” and calling her a “ugly n***** b****.”

Rosing was suspended “interimally” while the University of Kentucky’s probe was ongoing, according to Eli Capilouto, president of the university.

They added that she is permanently barred from the school, is no longer a student, and is not qualified to re-enroll as a student.

She reportedly doxxed a 15-year-old girl while they were both in high school, posting in public that she would “send nudes” and falsely claiming that the girl had an abortion, according to DailyMail.com.

Additionally, Rosing’s attorney stated that she would be receiving “racial sensitivity training” in addition to heading to rehab to handle her “issues.”

The day after the incident, Spring gave a stirring address at an anti-racism march.

As she spoke to the large crowd that had gathered for the march in her honor, the desk assistant, a first-year student at the university, broke down in tears. She declared to the audience: “Jane Doe, alias Sophia Rosing, assaulted me physically, verbally, and racially.”

No matter the age, this is a persistent problem in the American educational system.

“I am incredibly devastated by what happened, but I am most thankful for the justice that will be served.”

Lady Rosing. You won’t be able to shake my resolve, and you’ll be held responsible for your deeds. I only ask that you try to experience life differently and more optimistically by letting love into your heart.

We rise to the occasion when they fall, as Michelle Obama once said. I’ll keep handling this matter in a gracious and humble manner.

Rosing had boasted to fellow students that “I’m wealthy as f*** and you’re clearly not” a year prior to the heinous racist incident.

However, DailyMail.com can confirm that she lived with her parents, brothers, and other family members in a modest three-bedroom, two-bathroom family home in Fort Mitchell.

The family of her father, Paul Donald Rosing, who works for Messer Construction Co. as a technology executive, has not yet provided a statement in response to a request for comment.

Dillard’s, a clothing retailer, fired Rosing for her outburst following the assault.

A Dillard’s spokesperson stated that she was a member of the Campus Collective Program and that the company “does not support this conduct.” Her affiliation with Dillard’s has been promptly dissolved.
