Mr. Stojakovic, whom the authorities assert has defected to the Comanchero, has been accused with observations in violation of privacy and associating with known criminals.

Police allege that the 35-year-old was intoxicated at a trendy Brisbane restaurant on April 21 when he committed the offense.

The Brisbane Supreme Court was informed that he reportedly attempted to videotape a woman using the restroom.

Justice David Boddice stated that Mr. Stojakovic appeared to have a history of alcoholism and was now attempting to overcome his addictions.

The court was informed that his parents had offered to help support his rehabilitation stay.

The assault and affray accusations against Mr. Stojakovic stem from an alleged incident at a Fortitude Valley bar days before his re-arrest.

Justice Bodice noted that he was out on bail throughout the alleged illegal observations.

The court was informed that Mr. Stojakovic was supported by his family, which included his partner and parents.

Justice Boddice stated that the defendant’s parents are willing to assist in affording what would be a large amount for in-home rehabilitation.

Justice Boddice ultimately granted Mr. Stojakovic bail, noting that he would spend a minimum of six months in an on-site rehabilitation facility.
