Young Stunna reflects on career milestones after debut album “Notumato” popularity

Young Stunna, the top vocalist of amapiano, released his debut album “Notumato” in October of last year, and it has been immensely successful within a year of its release.

Since gaining popularity, the musician has become one of the country’s top talents and is a recognizable name in amapiano.

Young Stunna takes a time to reflect on his accomplishments while commemorating the anniversary of his first album.

The immensely successful single “Notumato” debuted at No. 1 and was certified platinum multiple times.

Several tracks on the album have received certification, with “Adiwele” being certified multi-platinum, “Sithi Shwi” being certified platinum, and “Camagu” and “Shenta” being certified gold.

Young Stunna is the recipient of two South African Music Awards: Best Amapiano Album and Best-Selling Artist. Not only has he won honors, but he has also been nominated for others and traveled internationally and across the continent in several countries.
