Sidikat Odunkanwi, popularly known as Iyabo Oko, a veteran Yoruba actress, has died at the age of 62.
The renowned actress, well-known in the Yoruba film industry, had been dealing with an illness for several years but seemed to have recovered.
However, reports indicate that she passed away on Wednesday, June 28, 2023.

Iyabo Oko’s daughter, Bisi Aisha, confirmed the sad news of her mother’s passing on her Facebook page, stating that she died on Wednesday evening.
