The model uploaded funny family footage on her Instagram Stories on Monday, breastfeeding her newborn daughter Esti while her son Miles counted.
Teigen, 37, nursed the 2-week-old as her 4-year-old neighbor counted up from 91.
His mother laughed when Miles rose from 121 to 125 on the following slide.
By number 173, Teigen had stopped breastfeeding.
Esti napped on her shoulder as Miles counted and the “Cravings” cookbook author grumbled.

Teigen and Legend’s 6-year-old daughter Luna was absent from the post.
Miles and Luna are “very full of love” for their little sister, “Chrissy’s Court” star told fans on Jan. 19.
“The house is bustling and our family could not be happier,” she captioned Esti’s debut Instagram image. “Happy.”
Legend said that his elder children “embrace[d]” Esti.
The 44-year-old EGOT winner praised his wife’s “strength and perseverance”.
The couple, married since September 2013, conceived Esti in vitro.
Teigen “nervously” revealed her pregnancy online in August 2022.
Two years after the former “Bring the Funny” judge miscarried, she said it was a “life-saving abortion.”
The Sports Illustrated Swimsuit model frankly shares the tragedy with Luna and Miles while grieving Jack.
“Jack will always be cherished, described to our kids as alive in the wind, trees, and the butterflies they see,” she wrote in October 2020 Medium.
She told “Today” viewers the following year that keeping Jack’s ashes at home “really helped explain death” to the kids.
“Perplexing,” she remarked. After seeing the ashes, “it became terribly real to them.”
