The Program culminates to the awarding of the Joint Universities Preliminary Examinations Board (JUPEB) Certificate, which allows applicants to acquire Direct Entry Admission into 200 level degrees provided by the University of Benin and other JUPEB-affiliated universities in Nigeria and universities overseas. The subjects are divided into four courses labeled 001, 002, 003, and 004, and each candidate must complete six courses per semester for a total of twelve courses at the conclusion of the program. Additionally, candidates must take at least two courses in general studies (one per semester). Each course will be reviewed at the end of each semester, but the results from all courses will be combined at the end of the second semester to determine each subject’s letter grade (i.e. A, B, C, D, E & F). Each candidate’s selection of general studies will be based on general courses pertinent to the topic of study.
