Unborn infant in ICU Nurse horrific accident was nearly full term and ripped from mom’s uterus

The newborn child died in a car accident in Los Angeles last week was almost full-term and was torn from his mother’s uterus when a’mentally ill’ ICU nurse crashed into their vehicle at high speed.

Asherey Ryan was eight and a half months pregnant with her second son, Armani Lester, when she and Armani and their one-year-old son, Alonzo, were slain on August 4. Reynold Lester, Armani’s father, was also killed in the incident, as were two ladies in another car who have yet to be identified.
Surveillance cameras caught ICU nurse Nicole Linton accelerating past a red light and into the crowded junction.

It promptly shattered the other family’s car in two. In his vehicle seat, Alonzo was launched into the air.

The LA County Medical Examiner’s Office verifies that his corpse was discovered apart from his mother’s. Linton, 37, has been charged with six charges of murder, one of which is for the killing of an unborn child.

A representative for the Medical Examiner’s Office informed DailyMail.com that his corpse was discovered apart from hers.

Alonzo’s father, Luis Quintero, expressed his sorrow on Monday.

‘He was overjoyed and overjoyed.

‘I liked it when he clenched his hands and kicked his legs in enthusiasm… now I’ll never see him again.’ He said that he wants Linton, who authorities claim was involved in 13 previous collisions, to face punishment.

‘I want to see justice served.’ Something for her, as retaliation for what she’s done.

‘Perhaps then I can forgive her.’ But not right now. She stole my kid from me. And I’ll never see him again.’

On a GoFundMe website, the family is currently soliciting funds for funeral costs. So far, they have raised more than $163,000 dollars.

Linton’s counsel claimed that her mental health was a factor in the incident and requested that her arraignment be postponed until October.

She had no drugs or alcohol in her system, and her reason for running the red light and driving through the junction is unknown.

Prosecutors also disclosed in court that Linton had been involved in 13 previous car accidents, including one in 2020 that wrecked two automobiles.

The DailyMail.com got accident reports from two Texas occurrences, one in 2013 and one in 2016.

Another motorist rear-ended her car in both occasions.

With the substantial mental health difficulties mentioned by her attorney, it is questionable how Linton was able to work in healthcare, much alone in the ICU. In the previous two years, she worked as a nurse in as many as six different states.

Linton is from Houston, Texas, and was working as a contractor at Kaiser Permanente West Los Angeles Hospital in Los Angeles. She was employed by the nurse contractor organization AMN Healthcare, which she joined in October 2020. ‘We are unable to comment on an ongoing criminal investigation at this time.’ Any additional inquiries should be sent to law enforcement,’ a spokeswoman added.

According to her LinkedIn page, Linton worked as a sales manager at General Motors until 2009.

Despite not finishing her nursing degree in 2015, she started working in healthcare as a ‘extern’ at NYU in 2010.

Linton crashed into the automobile Asherey, Renald, and young Alonzo were driving in on their way to a doctor’s appointment for a pregnancy check-up. On collision, their automobile was split in half.

‘In the flash of an eye, a young family was decimated,’ Los Angeles District Attorney George Gascón said Monday.

‘The relatives and friends of those slain and wounded have suffered irreparable devastation.

‘It’s a great loss not just to their families, but to our whole community, who learnt of this horrific tragedy after seeing the now-viral footage of the incident.’

Two additional ladies have yet to be recognized. So yet, no one from Linton’s family has spoken up.
