30-year-old Oscar Adrian Solis has been charged with attempting to rob and then kill an Uber Eats driver, Randall Cooke, at his Florida home on the evening of April 19.

Solis, who had been working as a security guard at a strip club, had a long criminal history in Indiana and was affiliated with the violent MS-13 gang, according to Pasco County Sheriff Chris Nocco.

After pulling the victim into his home and trying to rob him, Solis murdered him and attempted to conceal the remains in rubbish bags and a cooler.

Police found the remains and a receipt with Solis’s name on it.

Evidence collected in the case includes blood found around the house and a key fob belonging to the victim found on Solis’s dresser.

Solis has also been charged with failure to register as a convicted felon and for a parole violation.

“This was a horrific crime of passion.

This was demonic.

What he did was demonic,” Nocco told reporters.

“It was a horrible scene out there” for investigators and Solis was “a very violent individual”.

The victim’s wife reported him missing after he failed to return home from his Uber Eats deliveries, and Uber told investigators that his last reported location was at the Solis home.
