Two Brits jumped from an Ibiza party boat following a fight

After a large brawl on an Ibiza party boat that allegedly featured British visitors, two individuals ended up in the water.

When security personnel refused to let a tourist board because he was too inebriated, the traveler’s 10 pals retaliated by hitting them.

In the remarkable events in the well-known resort of San Antonio, the brawlers punched one another and used trash cans as weapons.

A video of the tumultuous scenario showed the men hurling trash cans at each other and port employees as one of them was refused boarding due to his intoxication.

A tourist who threw a trash can at a boat security guard was struck with the same trash can when the guard returned the favour.

The enraged males are trading blows as a woman can be heard screaming in the background.

Police rushed to the scene, but by the time they got there, the fight had already ended and it is thought that no arrests were made.

A spokesman for the company Nautilus Ibiza, which ultimately decided to cancel the sunset cruise in the wake of the drama, told the local press that violence broke out when security personnel refused to let a tourist board because he was too inebriated, and his group of ten friends attacked them in return.

Local media referred to the roughly 20 participants in the brawl as “primarily British tourists.”

On Wednesday at about 5:30 p.m., the incident took place. No severe injuries were mentioned in the reports.

Left-leaning San Antonio councilman Antonio Lorenzo used video of the altercation to call out the city’s right-leaning leaders for voting against the proposal to include the port area under the ‘drunken tourism’ decree, which also places restrictions on alcohol sales in the nearby West End neighbourhood.

On Twitter, he wrote: “They voted no to include the port and the Arenal in the region of excesses and battling party boats and now we have these photographs of the buyers of this sort of offer.” He was addressing users like the town mayor Marcos Serra.

“It’s obvious who you’re ruling for,” she said. There is a different option.

Police in the area could not be contacted for comment early yesterday morning.

A town hall spokeswoman said the incident had taken place after passengers were denied access to the boat that was supposed to take them on a sunset tour owing to their condition.
