Tim Burton and model Monica Bellucci confirms longstanding rumors that they’re dating

Director Tim Burton and model Monica Bellucci have confirmed rumors of their romantic relationship by sharing a kiss in front of paparazzi during a Valentine’s Day walk in Santa Monica, California.

The couple, who wore matching black outfits, walked arm-in-arm and entered a restaurant with Burton wrapping his arm around Bellucci.

Although the duo have been friends for over 15 years, they are rumored to have started dating after the Lumière Film Festival in Lyon, France, where Bellucci presented Burton with the Lumière Lifetime Achievement Award in October 2022.

Burton, who split from longtime partner Helena Bonham Carter in 2014, shares two children with her. Bellucci separated from artist Nicolas Lefebre in 2019 and was previously married to Vincent Cassel, with whom she shares two daughters.
