jHub is Defense’s innovation hub. We intend to use new technologies to improve the UK military’s operational effectiveness.

We want to independently recruit the greatest military expertise to advance the next generation of cutting-edge military capabilities for Defense.

We desire a diverse group of military commanders passionate about innovation and cutting-edge technology to create rapid impact.

The jHub in central London offers great linkages to the start-up and innovation ecosystem.

If you’re successful, you’ll produce high-impact initiatives only feasible in Defense.

You’ll be paired with a user community that needs your skills, get access to key decision makers, and assist handle Defence’s difficulties.

You’ll work with smart innovation scouts and create government and commercial sector partnerships.

Each Fellow has a 24-month assignment with a 36-month extension option, a customised recruiting and onboarding process, and personalised professional development.

Fellows will work in small teams on tough, meaningful, one-year projects.
