Tennessee police chief fired after details of his involvement in Maegan Hall’s sex scandal emerge

After an outside investigator found that he was aware of frolic cop Maegan Hall’s sex spree with many colleagues, the Tennessee police chief in charge of the inquiry into it was sacked on Monday.

According to a video acquired by DailyMail.com, La Vergne Police Chief Burrel “Chip” Davis just instructed Hall not to “dip your pen in company ink” while covering up her inappropriate behavior with six other officers.

Davis prevented a preliminary investigation and failed to penalize or report the implicated officers, according to a third-party investigator hired to examine into how much Davis knew about the sexy romps.

Before he was formally fired, Davis was on paid administrative leave. It is unknown when Davis learned of the steamy encounters, but Hall claimed he fostered a culture that supported the activity.

Mayor Jason Cole said in a statement to DailyMail.com, “There aren’t words to express the disappointment and frustration felt by myself and other city leaders.” “Officers are held to a higher standard, and their chief even more so.”

As the global hunt to replace Davis gets under way, the police force located 20 miles outside of Nashville named Deputy Chief Brent Hatcher as acting police chief.

After a whistleblower reported Hall’s ‘intimate interactions’ with male coworkers at drinking gatherings, hotels, and even on police property in December, Hall was interviewed three times.

Davis contributed to the discoveries throughout the investigation but was never identified as a participant in the scandal. Although it’s unclear when Davis learned about the sexual misconduct, he was “shocked” when the official investigation started.

The embarrassing conversations between married Hall, Davis, and the city of La Vergne’s HR director during which they discussed everything from foot fetish photographs and wife-swapping sessions to games of “strip Uno” were captured on a video that DailyMail.com received last week.

Over the course of three interviews lasting two hours, Hall, 26, mumbles, stutters, and lies until ultimately coming clean.

Hall remarked, “I got stupid, I guess I got desperate, and guys are guys and they’ll stick their di** in anything.”

Davis was speechless after hearing her confession until he dryly advised her, “What do they say? Don’t use the company ink with your pen.

In her initial interview, Hall only acknowledged sleeping with K-9 officer Larry Holladay, who was placed on administrative leave without pay but kept his job as a result of his candor with the authorities.

More details about her relationships were revealed in her second ground-breaking interview, and in her third, she finally came clean.

Along with fellow police Sgt. Lewis Powell, Detective Seneca Shields, Patrol Officer Juan Lugo, and Sgt. Ty McGowan, the shameless siren was fired this month.

While Powell and other cops were in the substation, Hall acknowledged to giving them blowjobs. She broke down and said she and her spouse were headed for a divorce.

Holladay, Patrick Maglicco, and Gavin Schoeberl were among the three other cops implicated who were suspended.

According to a report, Schoeberl, McGowan, Holladay, Lugo, and Shields were among the guys with whom Hall had exchanged nude images.

Hall also admitted to getting wasted at a “girls gone wild” hot tub party, where she sang karaoke, slipped and fell, and then had sex with Magliocco in a boat restroom.

She continued coyly, “My swimming suit was a touch loose and it slipped off.

Last month, DailyMail.com reported on how Jedidiah Hall, a sheriff’s officer and the son of a pastor, was standing by his wife and attempting to solve their issues.

Despite his wife’s affairs, they are still cohabitating in their Manchester, Tennessee, home, their first marital asset, which they purchased a year ago. Manchester is 60 miles south of Nashville.

The couple married in November 2018 after dating since their undergraduate years.

According to Jedidiah’s superior, Coffee County Sheriff Chad Partin, “I don’t know how he’s doing it, he’s more of a man than I am, but he’s trying to salvage his marriage,” he said in a recent interview.
