Teases Clean Bandit James Arthur’s help

On the horizon is a Clean Bandit and James Arthur duet.

Grace Chatto, Jack Patterson, and Luke Patterson have a number of “futuristic pop” tracks in the works, including collaborations with Central Cee, Burna Boy, Ckay, and Omah Lay that have yet to be released.

In addition, they have shared studio time with former “X Factor” contestants James and Ella Henderson.

Chatto told “The Sun” newspaper’s Bizarre section, “We were recently in the studio with Central Cee, which was incredibly thrilling, and a song with James Arthur should soon be out.

“We’ve collaborated with Ella Henderson on a few tunes with James. She is extraordinary. Recently, we got together and co-wrote dozens of songs.

After years of feeling constrained, the “Rather Be” hitmakers have agreed with their label to release a new song every six weeks.

The cellist explained, “The last three years have been quite challenging in terms of releasing what we desired.

“But now we’ve chosen to release something every six weeks, and the label has agreed, so we’ll be able to release many more tracks, which will be much more enjoyable.

“We compose songs every day, but only released one last year.”

We could not continue doing that.

They have just released “Sad Girls,” an Afrobeats song featuring French The Kid and Rema.

French The Kid previously contributed a verse to a version of “Drive” by Clean Bandit from 2021.

Rema had only 24 hours to record his part on “Sad Girls,” which was completed at 5 a.m. and blew away the “Rockabye” hitmakers.

The song was the follow-up to February’s “Everything But You” starring A7S.

“What Is Love?” was Clean Bandit’s last studio album, released in 2018.
