ST. LOUIS CITY SC DECLARATION ON THE NJABULO BOMB

St. Louis CITY SC acquired midfielder Njabulo Blom from Kaizer Chiefs F.C. for an undisclosed transfer price, pending receipt of his International Transfer Certificate (ITC) and P-1 Visa, as stated by the team. Blom signed a two-year contract through the conclusion of the 2024 Major League Soccer regular season, with two option years in 2025 and 2026.
Former Kaizer Chiefs players who left for richer pastures are recalled.
“We are thrilled to add a young member of the South African national team like Blom to our roster and St. Louis,” stated Sporting Director Lutz Pfannenstiel.
His ball-winning, ultra-aggressive, and warrior-like skills as a central defensive midfielder align with our team’s mentality. Blom’s arrival to our team is the missing piece of the puzzle.”
