A witness to the couple’s intimate deed captured it on his phone.
He films the pair and says to someone else, “Hey, look at this.”

A confrontation ensues, and the man accuses the pair of “public immorality in front of youngsters.”
Say apologise, he says to the man who was being recorded. Declare your regret.
Yes, I’m sorry, the man replies.
The man who was filming the argument repeatedly demands an apology from the two.
He responds, “No, I want you to say you’re sorry.”
Well, I’m very sorry for doing that in front of the children, the father responds.
Thousands of people have seen the intimate act’s video that was posted on Facebook.
On Monday night, it was removed from the social networking website.
Despite being aware of the occurrence, South Australia Police have not yet filed any charges.
They assert that the individual who recorded the pair may have violated privacy laws.
Several legal experts who assert that he could be in danger support this.
Hugh Woods, a lawyer from Woods & Co, told 7News, “It’s hardly a slap on the wrist but some of these acts do have the chance of drawing incarceration and while improbable it’s clearly a viable sentencing alternative to the court.”
In South Australia, it is illegal to take and share sexual or personal pictures of somebody without their permission or to participate in filmmaking that is insulting or embarrassing to them.
