Celebrities certainly know how to generate hype.

From Cardi B holding a vibrating wand in her “Up” music video to Madonna wearing “pleasure jewelry” on Instagram, many celebrities aren’t hesitant about displaying their sex toys in public.

Who could forget Miley Cyrus’ dildo decor, the infamous “RHONY” “vibrator in the chicken” episode, or Katie Thurston’s “Bachelor” entrance that, um, sparked conversation?

And when it comes to adult toys, many celebrities aren’t fooling around; just as they’ve put their mark on innumerable beauty and skincare lines, a number of celebrities have produced NSFW devices in recent years.

Demi Lovato, Dakota Johnson, and Cara Delevingne, to name a few, have all backed their own pleasure items in the period since Gwyneth Paltrow released Goop’s first self-branded vibrator ahead of Valentine’s Day 2020.

With Valentine’s Day approaching next month, we have compiled a list of all adult toy manufacturers that have gained the coveted celebrity endorsement.

Off-screen, “Fifty Shades of Gray” actress Dakota Johnson is not averse to sex toys. She became an investor and co-creative director for the sexual health business Maude in 2020 and has since promoted its goods, including the Cone ($30) butt plug, which may have been a sexy surprise for those on her holiday present list.

“Oh, this will be placed in everyone’s stocking. Are you kidding?” She joked to InStyle ahead to the holiday season of 2021. “This is the ideal stocking stuffer. You believe that your uncle has never desired a butt plug? You are a liar.”

Johnson’s toys double as skincare tools, as she told the site that the $49.00 Drop vibrator “does incredible things for your face.”

Gwyneth Paltrow’s Goop company released its own sex toy in 2020, following the release of that infamous vagina-themed candle. The lifestyle brand has not toned things down since, as its Valentine’s Day gift recommendations this year offers over 40 vibrators in addition to other seductive items.

Carole Radziwell, a former “Real Housewives of New York City” star, favored Crave’s Vesper vibrating necklaces, which are being favored by celebrities such as Madonna.

This year, Gwyneth Paltrow even gave the brand her seal of approval by included it in Goop’s steamy gift recommendations.

Forget “Cool for the Summer” — Demi Lovato heated up the fall last year by working with Bellesa on the the Demi Wand ($69), a colorful, small vibrator that comes in a concealed clamshell charging case.

Leah McSweeney, who recently told Page Six Style she wanted to stuff stockings with Bellesa vibrators, and Cardi B, who once handed out the Aurora by Bellesa vibrator ($109) as a birthday party treat, also endorse the brand’s products.

This rechargeable vibrator, meant to “liberate sexuality” and featuring six levels of intensity, is the product of a collaboration between Lily Allen and Womanizer.

In an interview with the brand, Allen stated, “I believe the only way to make taboo subjects no longer taboo is to speak about them openly, frequently, and without shame or guilt.”

While the words in Cardi B’s “WAP” video may speak for itself, her subsequent “Up” visuals featured an NSFW cameo from this brand’s Majesty 2 vibrator, which she held onscreen.

Just call it spreading positive energy on Valentine’s Day.
