Several persons rescued from Solihull lake are in critical condition

After being retrieved from a lake in Solihull today under subzero temperatures and ice conditions, many persons have been listed in serious condition.

Several individuals have been hauled out of a lake and rushed to the hospital after a major incident at Babbs Mill Park in Kingshurst, and West Midlands Police have been called to the site.

According to the force, “they are considered to be in a serious condition.”

A significant amount of West Midlands Fire Service and West Midlands Ambulance Service personnel are also present.

According to Birmingham Live, the event is believed to have occurred on Sunday just before 4 o’clock.

More than 24 emergency personnel, according to the news website, were on the scene.

There are at least two fire engines, six ambulances or paramedic vehicles, and many police cars seen in photos taken at the site.
