These documents were submitted by the opposition party, the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), and their candidate, Atiku Abubakar.
Documents Presented by PDP:
The records submitted by the PDP include a Bachelor of Science certificate from Chicago State University, a National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) Discharge Certificate, and a Certificate of Service from Mobil Nigeria Oil Plc.
These documents are said to have been obtained by Tinubu under the name ‘Bola Adekunle Tinubu.’
PDP Witness Presents Documents:
During the court proceedings, the PDP’s witness, Mike Enahoro Ebah Esq, introduced these documents, highlighting their significance.
The witness, guided by PDP lawyer Chris Uche (SAN), also presented EC13 and EC9 nomination forms, along with corresponding letters sent to the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC).
