Someone is literally having a bad day.

In a TikTok video with over 8 million views, an Amazon employee named Charles documented his adventure after falling into a sewage tank while attempting to deliver a delivery.

Charles, whose username on the app was @dovahkiin0103, captured the frightening story in three parts. He referred to the series as a “messy situation.”

In the first video, Charles explains that he was attempting to make a delivery to a customer’s residence when he passed a hole in the ground, which subsequently collapsed and buried him.

Charles stated from the deep-looking dirt hole, “I’m about 6 feet down, and I tried using the roots around me to get out, but it just pulled more dirt on top of me, so I just called dispatch.”

He went on to say that the walls were “caving in” on him.

Charles reassured viewers in the second update that the fire department was on its way to assist him, but it did not mean he was out of the woods just yet. He planned his camera to demonstrate that he was submerged in grayish garbage.

Charles stated, “I’m almost certain I’m knee-deep in muck, urine, and feces.” “I really don’t want to die in someone’s f*cking whatever these things are called.”

According to the United States Environmental Protection Agency, falling into a septic tank is extremely hazardous, and surface waters can contain pathogens such as E. coli and chemicals.

Charles stated he hoped Amazon wouldn’t force him to complete his plan, which he disclosed in the series finale segment. When he fell, he had approximately 100 stops remaining in his shift.

“Unfortunately, the answer for me was yes — I guess I’m too nice,” Charles remarked in his final video, in which he displayed the remaining parcels in his truck. Someone has already been dispatched to remove fifty packages from me, so that’s nice.

According to him, the delivery driver was eventually rescued by the fire department, which dispatched an ambulance and even a helicopter to assist. They retrieved him from the hole by throwing him a ladder.

“The fire chief told me I was in a dangerous situation, but I didn’t realize how dangerous it was because he told me not to move when he arrived.”

He stated that he then returned home to take a “quick shower,” change his clothing, and complete his deliveries.

In the comments area of his articles, viewers appeared to be unable to contain their anxiety for the Amazon driver.

After his latest video, a user advised him to undergo blood tests to determine if he had contracted hepatitis or other diseases transmitted through excrement.

Someone else added, “Please file a workers’ compensation claim and seek medical attention to ensure you have not been exposed to anything.”
