Celebrated television personality, Scarlett Moffatt, recently made a joyful announcement on social media.
At 35 weeks into her pregnancy, she welcomed her first son with her partner, Scott Dobinson.
The arrival of the baby is an exciting new chapter in their lives, and both parents are overjoyed.
Baby Announcement and Naming
At age 32, Moffatt took to Instagram to share snapshots of her tender moments with her newborn.
The photos, taken at Durham Hospital where she gave birth, confirmed that the couple decided to name their son Jude Xavier Dobinson.
Known for her breakout role in Channel 4’s Gogglebox and her victorious stint in “I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here!” in 2016, Moffatt expressed her overwhelming joy in the caption.

With sheer joy in her voice, Moffatt wrote, “I can’t stop crying looking at you, as I can’t quite believe you’re mine.
“Your daddy and I love you so much that I can’t even put this feeling into words.
“Our heart and soul feels complete and ready to burst.”
As a first-time mother, she affirmed her endless gratitude for being blessed with her son, saying, “I will forever and always be grateful to be your mammy.”
Acknowledging the Help of Others
Special appreciation was given to Dobinson, her co-host on the podcast “Scarlett Moffatt Wants To Believe,” and the NHS midwives at Durham Hospital for their invaluable assistance during the delivery.
Moffatt further expressed her thanks by stating, “You will all forever hold a special place in my heart for looking after us all with such compassion.”
