A naturopath accused of engaging in four separate acts of sexual activity with a teenager will now be permitted to oversee visits with kids.
Savannah Daisley, 45, of Sydney’s affluent Double Bay, was charged on four counts with having sex with a 14-year-old kid over a 23-hour period ending at 5 p.m. on May 20, 2013, according to police.
She was charged on June 27 and incarcerated at Silverwater Women’s Correctional Center for over a month before being freed last week on bond.
The Instagram influencer, who is the famous horse breeder Ross Daisley’s daughter, vigorously rejects the accusations and says she will enter a not-guilty plea to all of them.
Daisley consented to a number of bail requirements, which included refraining from communicating with any prosecution witnesses or her ex-partner James Wallis.
In addition to being released on bond thanks to her parents’ $100,000 guarantee, Daisley will also be staying at her parents’ Southern Highlands home.
In Sydney’s Downing Centre Local Court on Monday, Daisley had some of her bail restrictions eased when the judge authorised her to have supervised meetings with kids who cannot be named for legal reasons.
