Safa laments the passing of Coal City Wizards president Mabu Maroswi

The South African Football Association (Safa) mourns yet another loss with Mabu Maroswi’s passing.

Monday marked the passing of Maroaswi, chairman of the Mpumalanga-based Hollywoodbets Super League team Coal City Wizards.

“Maroaswi passed away on January 2, 2023 after a protracted illness, and Safa is extremely grieved by his passing. Details of his funeral ceremony and other relevant events would be communicated in due time, according to a statement from Safa.

Our thoughts and prayers are with his family, friends, and club. His soul may rest in peace.

Peter “Squire” Mancer, a marketing and broadcasting specialist advisor for the Premier Soccer League, died on Monday evening.

Mr. Peter ‘Squire’ Mancer’s untimely passing is lamented by the PSL.

Mr. Mancer served for many years as a professional advisor for PSL Marketing and Broadcasting.
