Ryan Giggs returned to court for the second week of his assault and controlling behavior trial.

Mr Daw asked, “And walking away?” Ms Greville said, “My dog.” 100% dog.’ “Your aim was to become pregnant by Mr. Giggs,” Mr. Daw stated. Ms Greville answered, “No way.”

 

Ms. Greville told her pal she was having her contraceptive coil removed that week. Ms Greville eventually had the coil removed after telling Giggs she was heading to hospital because of ‘cancerous cells’

 

Chris Daw remarked, “You were going to use contraception.”

 

Ms Greville said, “I was having my coil removed and wanted an STD test.” I didn’t want him. I hate saying these things, but I wanted him to leave me alone.’

 

Mr Daw claimed, “The coil wasn’t removed because of a medical emergency.” Ms. Greville said, ‘There was no medical urgency, but the coil required removal.’

 

If I had malignant cells, I wouldn’t have sex with him.

 

Mr Daw added, referring to text conversations between the two, ‘I will say you were having active, frequent, and extremely passionate sex with Mr Giggs at this time, including when you had this coil removed.’ Greville disagreed.

 

Ms Greville alleges Giggs kicked her so hard in the back at the Stafford Hotel in London in December 2019 that she “went off the bed.”

 

Ms Greville has previously stated that Giggs hurled a laptop at her head during the altercation.

 

The PR professional told Giggs’ trial at Manchester Crown Court that he threw her nude down a hallway in Dubai in September 2017.

Mr Daw added, referring to text conversations between the two, ‘I will say you were having active, frequent, and extremely passionate sex with Mr Giggs at this time, including when you had this coil removed.’ Greville disagreed.

 

Ms Greville alleges Giggs kicked her so hard in the back at the Stafford Hotel in London in December 2019 that she “went off the bed.”

 

Ms Greville has previously stated that Giggs hurled a laptop at her head during the altercation.

 

The PR professional told Giggs’ trial at Manchester Crown Court that he threw her nude down a hallway in Dubai in September 2017.

 

Ms Greville was questioned by Giggs’s lawyer about why she stayed with him despite physical and emotional abuse.

 

Mr Daw questioned her choice to move into the ex-Wales winger’s £1.7million property in March 2020.

 

Tearful Ms Greville told jurors: ‘It was a cycle of abuse he promised the world.’ He was charismatic and compelling.

 

I went back foolishly, and I’m embarrassed of it.

 

Mr Daw also attacked Ms Greville’s claims that Giggs intervened in her friendships before the end of their relationship in 2020, when he is accused of ‘headbutting’ her and abusing her sister Emma.

 

In the months preceding their breakup, Ms. Greville traveled to Ibiza, Portugal, and Greece with friends.

 

Ms Greville answered, ‘He was making these people’s lives difficult. I have many more months and weeks with unpleasant pals. It’s a holiday or long weekend.

 

She also accused him of ‘flirting’ with her buddy ‘in front of her face’ and asked, ‘Does it make you jealous?’

 

Mr Daw also addressed Ms Greville’s accusations that she uncovered proof on an iPad suggesting the ex-footballer had ‘full-on’ relationships with eight other women while with the PR executive.

 

Ms Greville’s choice to leave the former player had ‘nothing to do with force, violence, or anything like that – it was simply his cheating,’ he said. Ms. Greville cited his ‘coercion, control, and manipulation’

 

 

Ms. Greville was employed by PR agency Tangerine and Giggs’ business, GG Hospitality, throughout the alleged controlling time.

He’s co-owner of League Two’s Salford City and has 64 Wales caps.

In December 2017, he divorced Stacey. Zara Charles, 33, has’supported’ Giggs through the charges.
