Russia bans 25 Americans, including Sean Penn, Ben Stiller, and Kyrsten Sinema


In its latest act of revenge against Washington’s sanctions, Russia has permanently BANNED 25 US people, including Sean Penn, Ben Stiller, and Kyrsten Sinema.

Russia’s Foreign Ministry stated that the sanctions were in reaction to the United States’ most recent round of economic restrictions.

Multiple Democrats and Republicans are on Moscow’s latest list of sanctioned senators.
Commerce Secretary under the Biden administration Gina Raimondo is also named.

On Monday, the Russian authorities announced the permanent banning of 25 additional Americans, including actors Ben Stiller and Sean Penn.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Moscow stated that the sanctions are in response to the most recent round imposed by the United States.

The list also includes numerous United States senators, including the Arizona Democrats Kyrsten Sinema and Mark Kelly, the Florida Republican Rick Scott, the Pennsylvania Republican Pat Toomey, and the North Dakota Republican Kevin Cramer.

In addition to Assistant Secretary of Commerce for Export Enforcement Matthew Axelrod, Commerce Secretary Gina Raimondo of the Biden administration has also been sanctioned.

Since Vladimir Putin ordered a brutal and unprovoked invasion of Ukraine on February 24, the United States has sanctioned numerous Russian officials and Kremlin-affiliated elites.

Penn and Stiller visited Kiev and met with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky as a show of solidarity against Russia’s aggression.
