Rep. Lauren Boebert’s neighbors feared her husband, according to 911 calls

Colorado police have been chastised for failing to intervene in a confrontation between U.S. Rep. Lauren Boebert’s husband and their neighbors after he allegedly threatened them and smashed their mailbox.

According to The Denver Post, one of the Boeberts’ neighbors alerted authorities that ‘there’s about to be some sh** going on here’ in a 911 call to the Garfield County Sheriff’s Office as Jayson was reportedly driving into the neighbor’s yard.

‘It’s Jayson, Lauren Boebert’s jacka*** husband. ‘Right now, he’s running over my mailbox,’ the terrified guy added.
On August 4, neighbors reported seeing one of the Boeberts’ boys driving up and down their street on a dune buggy and flagging him down.

According to the recording, the guy who phoned 911 initially said, ‘He’s doing like 50 miles per hour and this is a residential road, there’s kids.’ ‘When we attempted to stop him, he’d just frickin’ curse at us and walk away.’

Following that, he alleges Jayson got involved, confronting the neighbors and accused them of ‘taking a swipe’ at his kid.

Neighbors informed dispatchers they were terrified of what Boebert might do because of the family’s obvious love of weapons.

‘I’m confident he’s fully loaded,’ one neighbor informed a 911 operator. ‘Can you tell me who his wife is?’ Boebert, Lauren She’s a badass. They are all armed. He simply went chest to chest, face to face, and was ready to fight.’

The first caller characterized Jayson as agitated and ‘obviously intoxicated,’ warning cops that they could ‘definitely catch him for a DUI.’

According to Garfield County Sheriff Lou Vallario, after officers arrived, everyone “decided to work things out as neighbors.” There are no costs. No additional action is required.’

Walter Stowe, a spokesperson for the Sheriff’s Office, refused to offer any other information.

The Boeberts and their neighbors did not immediately react to a request for comment from DailyMail.com. The office of Colorado Attorney General Phil Weiser verified receiving the request to investigate the event. The agency did not say whether or not an investigation will be conducted.

Jayson’s argument with his neighbors is not his first run-in with the authorities.Boebert was previously charged with careless driving and operating an unsafe vehicle after rolling her truck into a ditch in Garfield County, Colorado in 2016. No charges. No further action'

He pled convicted to ‘public indecency and vulgar exposure’ in 2004 after flashing two young ladies at Rifle’s Fireside Lane bowling facility.

He was sentenced to four days in prison and two years probation, although Boebert has constantly said that her husband never flashed anybody.

She was dating him at the time, and she is said to have been barred from the bowling alley.

Jayson’s case was the couple’s first encounter with the authorities. Boebert was arrested in 2010 when a neighbor accused her two pitbulls of assaulting her dog, and she pleaded guilty to a count of “dog at large” charges and agreed to pay a $75 fine.

Five years later, the future congresswoman was jailed for disorderly conduct at a country music festival in Grand Junction, Colorado, when police alleged she attempted to interfere with the arrest of juveniles who had been discovered drinking underage.

After sliding her pickup into a ditch in September 2016, Boebert was charged with reckless driving and operating an unsafe vehicle.

In 2017, she was arrested and thrown into prison for failing to appear for her court hearing.

Boebert eventually pled guilty to hazardous vehicle charges and paid a court sentence of $123.50.

In February 2004, Jayson was arrested on domestic violence allegations against Boebert, who was subsequently charged with third-degree assault when police alleged she scratched his face and chest three months later.
