Nicola McLean on Life with GG Breast Implants: A Warning Against the Procedure
Nicola McLean, a former Page 3 model and reality TV star, has spoken out against large breast implants, warning her fans not to undergo the procedure.
McLean, who first had surgery to enhance her chest when she was 22, has since undergone two more breast augmentations, increasing her bra size from a “natural C cup” to a double G cup.
In an interview with Daily Star, McLean revealed that she experiences debilitating back pain as a result of her implants.
The Start of the Trend and the Reason for McLean’s Procedure
McLean explained that people often ask her about her implants and that it is harder to contact celebrities directly now than it was when she first got the procedure done.
She noted that Jordan (Katie Price) was the one who popularized the trend of large breast implants, and McLean herself carried it on during her time on I’m a Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here!

Advice Against Large Breast Implants
Despite her success as a glamour model with killer curves, McLean has advised her fans not to get large breast implants because of the severe back pain she experiences every day.
While she loves her implants, she believes they are not worth the stress they can cause.
She encouraged others to consider going smaller, saying that she is more “nuts” than most people.
Despite the pain, McLean has no regrets about her decision and boasts that she will always have “good boobs in my coffin.”
