Tomorrow, the servants of Balmoral will pay their final respects to the Queen before she is brought to Edinburgh via the countryside she and her family have enjoyed.

Tomorrow, the casket of Queen Elizabeth II, who passed away on Thursday at her home in Aberdeenshire, will arrive in the Palace of Holyroodhouse, followed by a liturgy at St Giles Cathedral on Monday.

She will then lie in state for 24 hours before being taken to London on Tuesday, most likely by plane.

It is believed that the late monarch will depart Balmoral tomorrow at 10 a.m. in a car that will carry her on a four-hour journey through Aberdeen, Dundee, and Perth, with thousands of people attempting to catch a glimpse of the cortege.

According to the Press and Journal, while traveling through her beloved Aberdeenshire countryside, the automobile will pass along the banks of the River Dee and Crathie Kirk, where the Queen worshipped during her stay in Scotland, before reaching Ballater, where it may halt for a brief ceremony.

Since the reign of Queen Victoria, the Royal Family has maintained close ties to the community, making numerous visits.

From there, she will be transported through Aboyne, Kincardine O’Neil, Banchory, Crathes, and Peterculter before entering Aberdeen, where yellow “no waiting” cones have already been placed along the roadways.

As the cortege drives south on the Great Southern Road out of the city, she will make a final crossing over the King VI bridge, named after her cherished father.

On December 10, 1941, the bridge crossing the River Dee was inaugurated by the Queen Mother in the presence of her husband, King George VI.

In addition to passing through Dundee and Perth its route to the capital, the automobile will travel through Fife and across the Firth of Forth.

On Tuesday, when her casket arrives in Edinburgh, it will be carried to the Palace of Holyroodhouse before a funeral service at St Giles’ Cathedral.

The vehicle will cross the water on either the Queensferry Crossing, which was inaugurated by Queen Elizabeth on September 4, 2017, or the neighboring Forth Road Bridge, which she inaugurated fifty-three years before to that day.

Her casket will be transported to the Palace of Holyroodhouse, the formal residence of Her Majesty The Queen in Scotland, upon her arrival in Edinburgh.

On Monday, a procession will march up the Royal Mile to St. Giles’ Cathedral, where members of the Royal family are anticipated to attend a Vigil of the Princes.

The public may have the opportunity to pay their respects as she lies in state, and she will go to Buckingham Palace on Tuesday for her official funeral.
