Given the strained relationship between Russia and the West, Vladimir Putin will not attend the official funeral of Queen Elizabeth.

Outside the British Embassy in Moscow, mourners pay tribute to Queen Elizabeth upon her passing.

The leader stated, “The most significant events in recent British history are inexorably linked to Her Majesty’s name.”

In the face of this heavy, irreparable loss, I wish you fortitude and persistence. Please send my profound condolences and support to the members of the royal family and the entire population of the United Kingdom.

In 2003, during Putin’s state visit to the United Kingdom – the first by a Russian leader since the reign of Queen Victoria, when Alexander II came in 1874 – the Queen took a veiled jab at him.

Under Tony Blair’s Labour government, the guiding dog of former Home Secretary David Blunkett reacted negatively to the presence of the Russian president.

Mr. Blunkett told the BBC, “The only time I saw Vladimir Putin was during an official visit in 2003, during which time my dog barked very loudly.”

“I did apologize to the Queen, who was clearly the host. I don’t believe I revealed any information when I apologized for the dog’s barking.

She remarked, “Dogs possess fascinating intuition, don’t they?

Putin, infamous for his tardiness, held the Queen waiting for fourteen minutes before to their meeting.

In June 2014, the Queen and Putin were scheduled to meet again in France during a D-Day remembrance ceremony.

The episode occurred just months after Charles allegedly made a clairvoyant comparison between Putin’s regime and that of Nazi Germany, which appeared to significantly sour ties.

After a group photograph with world leaders, the Queen was assisted down a flight of stairs by then-President of the United States Barack Obama (on the Queen’s left) and New Zealand’s Governor-General Jerry Mateparae (right of the Queen).

Putin (right), who was standing next to her and in a position to assist, casually averted his gaze.

Despite the anti-Western rhetoric, people have congregated in Moscow to give flower tributes to the Queen outside the British embassy.

In spite of their leader’s animosity towards Her Majesty, however, ordinary Russians have started leaving floral tributes outside the British embassy in Moscow.

The Queen visited the Russian capital in 1994 at the invitation of Boris Yeltsin following the dissolution of the Soviet Union, before to the rise of Vladimir Putin.

Both countries were eager to enhance bilateral relations, and no points of disagreement had yet to germinate during the visit.

When the Queen and Prince Phillip landed, they were brought to the Kremlin, where Yeltsin and his wife Naina received them.

The Royal couple was also treated to a special Bolshoi Ballet performance.

The Queen ascended to the throne during the closing days of Josef Stalin’s authority and witnessed the departure of eleven Russian and Soviet leaders during her reign.

In the meantime, a senior Putin media official has blocked coverage of the Queen’s passing on her Kremlin television network.

The head of sanctioned RT, Margarita Simonyan, commented on her Telegram channel, “Enough Queen news already, team.

So she perished. Well, RIP. We all die. This is not our suffering.

Vladimir Solovyov, Putin’s favorite TV propagandist, used the monarch’s death to intensify the Russian onslaught against new prime minister Liz Truss, while also saying that Putin’s war was hastening the fall of the monarch-representative old system.

“Unfortunately, one mystery has ended sadly – Queen Elizabeth II has passed away at the age of 96 at Balmoral Castle in Scotland,” he told viewers.

I believe this to be a terrible tragedy for the United Kingdom, since a chapter of history has closed before our eyes.

“The Queen who ruled from Churchill to Liz Truss – at what stage of degeneration is this…?”

A commentator was heard on his program stating that Charles also represented a “degradation.”

Solovyov continued, “Let’s see what Prince Charles will be like.

Regardless, this is the end of an era.

“It’s fascinating how, as soon as the special military operation begins, the old world’s foundations crumble.

The Queen, it appeared, was invincible.

A primary Channel 1 state television newscast covered the same topic.

A newscaster stated, “The first prime minister Elizabeth II confirmed in office was Winston Churchill, and the last was Liz Truss, who has cast doubt on her name.”

‘The future tenant of Downing Street will likely be reminded of comments she made in the past regarding abolishing the monarchy.

But she will not be the one remembered by the British people.
