Prime Minister Boris Johnson appoints Pippa Lambert as Interim Chair of the Senior Salaries Review Body

Ms Pippa Lambert has been named as the Interim Chair of the Senior Salaries Review Body. The SSRB offers the Prime Minister and senior ministers with impartial advice about the compensation of many of the nation’s top public officials. The appointment is for one year, ending on July 27, 2023.

From 2013 until 2020, Pippa Lambert was the Global Head of HR at Deutsche Bank, having responsibility for the Bank’s global Human Resources organisation. Prior positions include Director of Global Reward for the Royal Bank of Scotland from 2011 to 2013 and Global Head of Reward for Deutsche Bank from 2005 to 2011. She is a trustee for Breast Cancer Haven and a member of the Aviva Board at the present time.
