Hilary Swank is “grateful” for her “miracle” children, revealing on Christmas a rare pregnancy update.
Sunday morning, the 48-year-old expectant mother captioned a selfie of herself in a red-and-white striped onesie, “We couldn’t have asked for a more incredible miracle.”
She continued, “So appreciative for these two once-in-a-lifetime presents!! Merry Christmas to All! Whatever form miracles take in your individual lives, I wish them for you all.
Swank, who announced in October that she is expecting twins with husband Philip Schneider, got into the holiday mood earlier this month by posting a snapshot of her burgeoning baby bulge while decorating their Christmas tree.
She posted a Christmas picture in front of her tree, “So happy for these two treasures of a lifetime!!
” All I want for Christmas is you, ohhhhhhh babies,” she captioned the adorable photo.
The “Million Dollar Baby” actress announced her engagement on “Live with Kelly and Ryan” on October 5.
“This is something I’ve wanted for a long time, and my next step is to become a mother,” she said, adding that she was expecting not one but two children.
The following day, the Oscar-winning actress disclosed on “The Drew Barrymore Show” that her due date is April 16, the same date as her deceased father’s birthday.
The “Boys Don’t Cry” actress said to “Extra” that she delayed to have children since she had a job and wasn’t in the ideal relationship until four years ago. “All the components needed to be in place,” she said.
She continued, “It’s just something I’ve thought about since I was a small girl.” “It was on my mind, so it’s great to be here and pregnant.”
Swank also shared a photo of herself wearing a “my little pumpkins” tee alongside a Halloween update.
“#HappyHalloween from me, Pumpkin Moon, and my PumpTwins,” she posted alongside a photo of herself, her cat, and her dog.
In 2018, the “P.S. I Love You” actress wed the entrepreneur. From 1997 to 2007, she was previously married to actor Chad Lowe.
