Pete Davidson, a cast member of Saturday Night Live, and Chase Sui Wonders, a model and actress, left a 16-year-old girl traumatized after crashing their car into her Beverly Hills home.
According to the teen’s father, she was reading alone at home when Davidson’s Mercedes-Benz crashed into the side of the house.
The impact was so intense that she believed it was an earthquake. The car struck outside the living room, causing a window to pop out of its frame and penetrating the exterior wall.
The daughter was left shaken but unhurt, and an apology from the couple helped smooth over the event.
The homeowner has no plans to sue Davidson, but he will allow the investigation to conclude before handing the case over to insurance, who will likely go after the actor.
Cops confirmed that Davidson, 29, was driving at a high rate of speed around 11 pm on Saturday night before jumping a curb in the Flats neighborhood.
He also hit a fire hydrant and skidded across the front lawn before slamming into the corner of the house. However, the police department’s investigation is ongoing, and further details were not provided.
Both Wonders, 26, and Davidson were uninjured in the accident. The couple had just returned from a vacation to Hawaii before the accident.
They co-starred in the 2022 horror-comedy film “Bodies Bodies Bodies.” Neither of them has publicly commented on the accident.
