Yusef Bouattoura, a personal trainer and businessman, ventured out into the snowy streets on Sunday evening near White Hart Lane and Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
Mr. Bouattoura was dressed in only a pair of light blue shorts and running shoes despite the frigid conditions.
Despite deciding to leave his shirt at home, social media users noted that he had taken the effort to pick up a hat on his way out for exercise.
Moving automobiles passing him in the other way as he runs along the middle of the road past the stadium are seen on camera.
He can hear some of the automobiles beeping their horns as he jogs past them.
I’m simply having fun in my hometown, Mr. Bouattoura said as the description for the video on Instagram.
Social media users commented on the unexpected clothing choice right once, and some even shared memes featuring frozen characters from well-known TV shows and movies.
The fitness teacher has done this before while walking through London’s streets.
