Personal trainer Lesley Maxwell, 74, says ‘you’re never too old for a bikini’

Lesley Maxwell, a 74-year-old personal trainer from Melbourne, Australia, took to her Instagram page to share a photo of herself in a skimpy printed bikini and the message “you’re never too old for a bikini” with her 135,000 followers.

The photo shows Lesley flexing her muscular arms and ripped abs, emphasising her arms as she poses with her hands behind her head.

She also wears glowing makeup and styled straight hair, and fans left thousands of likes and compliments on the post.

Lesley added a caption to the post, stating that no one should ever be considered too old to wear a bikini and that she believes people should not discriminate against others for their shape.

She also highlighted that feeling healthy can give people more confidence and that anyone can change the shape and look of their bodies if they want, regardless of age.

Lesley is often seen showing off her physique and attracts a lot of attention from people of all ages, including guys as young as 18.
