“People should ‘come and observe’ the progress Rwanda” says Yolande Makolo

Rwanda has retaliated against ‘insulting’ criticism of a plan to airlift asylum seekers into the nation from British left-wingers.

People should ‘come and observe’ the progress Rwanda has made before passing judgment on the asylum proposal, according to government spokesman Yolande Makolo.

‘The myth that living in Africa is a punishment is demeaning to individuals who live here and work hard to build our country,’ she wrote on Twitter.

‘We want Africa to prosper,’ said the group. Rwanda has achieved enormous strides. ‘It would be nice if others could come and see.’

Makolo made the remarks while watching a video of Trevor Noah, a South African comedian, criticizing the opposition to the asylum scheme.

‘I realize certain regions of Africa have it rough, but we also have cities, we have Wifi, and we have racist white people,’ Noah remarked. They were left behind by you! We’re acting as if we don’t have anything.

‘Some of these Europeans believe that the Hotel Rwanda is Rwanda’s sole hotel. They do, in fact, have a Radisson, a Radisson Blu, to be precise. Everything is there, including a waffle bar.

‘This is the issue.’ This is an issue when your nation just has one well-known film set there. It’s all about the people. It’s the equivalent of evaluating France solely on the basis of Ratatouille. Rats aren’t the only ones that operate eateries!

‘Because Rwanda was attempting to do something good.’ Then they have to listen to everyone speak about them?

‘Imagine offering to donate a kidney to someone, only to have them say, “Uh, no thank you; I’m going to see if there’s a more developed kidney.” “Man, go pee blood then, b*tch,” I’d say.

It comes after the European Court of Human Rights intervened late Tuesday, stating the proposal posed a “serious danger of irreversible harm.” The first flight intended to deport asylum seekers from the UK to Rwanda was canceled.
