Indigenous Nigerian artist, Olanipekun Olatubosun, popularly known as Trod, has addressed claims of siphoning the royalties linked to the songs of late rapper, Dagrin.
Trod Denies Knowledge of Royalties:
In a recent viral video, the mother of late rapper Dagrin appealed for financial assistance, revealing that she now sells on the street to sustain herself.
This led to Nigerians accusing Trod, the step-brother of the late rapper, of profiting from Dagrin’s song proceeds while his family struggled.
Trod, in response to these allegations, took to his official Twitter handle and stated that he is unaware of any income associated with Dagrin’s songs.
