News from Gloucester: A 17-year-old “dangerous” juvenile male is wanted in connection with a rape


A ‘dangerous’ boy is wanted in connection with a rape, criminal damage and serious assault which all took place on one night of destruction.

Police have this evening launched a manhunt to find Reuben Schultz following a series of attacks on Friday, 16 September in Gloucester.

Schultz is wanted in connection with criminal damage and a serious assault in Alfred Street in the city at around 10pm on the same night as the rape.

He is described as 5ft 8in tall, medium build, with blue eyes and dark brown hair and has links to Gloucester, Bristol and Weston-super-Mare.

The public is asked not to approach the 17-year-old and to contact officers immediately if they see him.

Detective Sergeant Faye Satchwell-Bennett said: ‘This individual represents a danger to others, so we would please ask members of the public not to approach him and to instead contact police immediately.

‘I also appeal directly to Reuben Schultz himself to do the right thing and hand himself in to us.’
